Experience Nelson region fishing at Stonefly Lodge....
For those who love the experience of fishing for large brown trout in crystal clear water, Nelson is the destination of choice. Centrally located to any number of waters is Stonefly Lodge on the banks of the Motueka River. Stonefly Lodge offers a complete package for anglers providing expert guiding and instruction while staying in a fully-hosted boutique lodge dedicated to the fly fishing enthusiast.

Troutbeck Lodge...
While many people think of Taupo as a winter fishing, those in the know regard the summer fishing around Taupo as superb. The rivers such as the Tauranga-Taupo, Tongagriro, Hinemaiaia and Waitahanui all have good populaions of resident fish and often you have large sections of the river to yourself. Troutbeck Lodge is a great place to stay, being on the lake and central to all the major rivers plus a short drive from a number of other great waters in the region.

Merry Christmas and have some great fishing.....
We at nzfishing.com would like to take this opportunity to wish everyone a very merry Christmas and hope that the new year brings many great fishing opportunities.
