For the next few months at least, the only anglers able to fish on our rivers and lakes will be Kiwis. So this will be a great time to get out on the water and shake off the memories of the lock-down. During lock-down there has been little pressure on the fish and now our borders are closed so overseas anglers are not able to travel here. Consequently our rivers and lakes will be uncrowded and it will be like taking a fishing vacation back to the conditions of the 1950s.
