Arrow River

The Arrow River is a small river which rises in the mountains. It is a tributary of the Kawarau, which in turn feeds into the Clutha.

Fish type The Arrow river holds brown and rainbow trout in its middle reaches, but is not normally thought of as first class fishing due to the small size of the trout.
Situation Arrow River rises in the mountains near Arrowtown before joining the Kawarau.
